Electrical Inspections
Electrical inspections are a critical part of the home purchasing process. During an inspection, we will make sure that the home is up to code, do a whole-house wiring audit, inspect the electrical panel box, and check for important safety features. We’ll assess whether aging components need to be updated and check for unsafe DIY fixes that may have been done by previous owners.

Plumbing Inspections
We provide plumbing inspections to make sure that all water systems are functioning properly and are up to code. Catching leaks or damage early can prevent water damage, mold, and structural issues later. We’ll check fixtures, pipes, water heater, valves, water flow, and drainage systems to make sure there is proper water pressure, no leaks, and no blockage.

Panel Upgrades
Most electrical panels have a lifespan of 25 to 40 years. Many older homes have panels that are old, outdated, or even recalled. Federal Pacific panels and Zinsco panels are of particular concern because they are known to cause house fires. Moisture can also cause rust, corrosion and damage to electrical panels. We provide electrical panel upgrades with up-to-date safety features and capacity that can support the home’s electrical load.

Water Heater Replacement & Maintenance
When homeowners don’t flush their water heaters on an annual basis, it’s common for residue to build up inside the heater. This can cause the water to come out looking brown and can also cause the heater to break prematurely. Proper maintenance can extend the life of the water heater by 2-5 years. When the heater is too old or no longer functioning properly, we are able to replace it with a new gas or electric water heater.

GFI Outlets
All homes are required by law to have GFI safety features for outlets in bathrooms, kitchens, outdoor areas, and other spaces that may get wet. We provide GFI installation services for homes that are not up to code in this respect.
